These terms apply to purchases from ODDBEAT CLOTHING at oddbeatclothing.com. Please read them with our Delivery & returns policy before ordering. Last updated: 1 October 2026.

Your order
Please check the design, garment type, colour, size, quantity and delivery address before confirming your order. Garments are printed to order. Product pages explain the materials and options available. Images illustrate the design; colours may appear differently on different screens. This does not reduce your right to receive goods that match their description.
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the selected goods. Our automatic acknowledgement confirms receipt of that order. We accept your order when we confirm dispatch, at which point the sales contract is formed. If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you and refund any payment for it. We will not substitute a different item without your agreement.
Prices and payment
The checkout shows the total price and any delivery charge before you place your order. Available methods include PayPal, PayPal Pay Later where offered, Google Pay on supported devices and direct bank transfer. See Payments for details. PayPal decides Pay Later eligibility and provides its own terms. Bank-transfer orders wait for cleared payment.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of cleared payment. Delivery time is additional and depends on the chosen service. Available destinations, services and charges are displayed at checkout. Free UK and Northern Ireland delivery is available on orders over £50. If delivery is delayed or a parcel goes missing, please contact us. Unless otherwise agreed, goods must be delivered within 30 days.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
You may cancel a purchase of our standard designs within 14 days after delivery and have a further 14 days to return the items. Standard designs printed after ordering still qualify. You pay return postage for a change of mind or size; we cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Our Delivery & returns policy sets out the full procedure, return address, refund timing and optional cancellation form. It forms part of these terms. Genuinely personalised goods may have different change-of-mind cancellation rights, explained before purchase. Your statutory rights for faulty or incorrectly described goods always remain.
Problems with an order
Please email us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can investigate. Where goods are faulty, not fit for purpose or not as described, your legal rights to an appropriate refund, repair or replacement apply. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights where the law does not allow it.
Privacy and website use
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Please use the website lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its operation. Product artwork and site content may not be reproduced commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder.
Changes and applicable law
The terms in force when you order apply to that purchase. We may update these terms for future orders. English law applies, without removing mandatory consumer protections or your right to bring proceedings in the courts available to you where you live in the UK.
